Thursday 18th February

I have had a good day today. We had french dip sandwiches for supper. I made the sour dough bread and we made the meat with onion and beef broth. We all participated in getting the house clean. My girls won their ward basketball game. The men won their basketball game and it was way intense. They were behind quite aways for the first half. Then they caught up and we won by 6 points. I couldn't believe it. It was a fun basketball game to watch. With Michael and Derrick on the team, it was an enjoyable basketball game to watch. I didn't attend the one 2 weeks ago, where my dear son was smacked in the mouth so bad that it knocked his teeth to the back of his mouth. Jennifer ran him to Dr. Hill and he pulled them forward with a lot of cracking and pain, then and put braces on his front teeth. He told him they may be OK but they may turn black and he would have to have a root canal and a cap. He looked bad and he couldn't even go to work for a week, or talk, or eat. He was in bad shape. But we all prayed for him. He just had x-rays again yesterday and the bone in his mouth was defiantly crashed, but it didn't kill the nerve. A miracle for sure. His teeth and bone will be a great shape in about 6 weeks. A good thing for me to hear. Another amazing miracle in our lives
