Saturday the 18th of September

I put up the rest of my fruit cocktail today, because the pears were ripe. I asked the neighbor if I could pick up their peaches off of the ground to make some more fruit cocktail because I was all our or peaches. I think at times my husband thinks I am crazy, but I know we will need the fruit this winter. At any rate I ended out with 8 bottles of fruit cocktail and 6 bottles of pears. I am grateful for all that I can get.
