August 2nd Monday

We had the great opportunity of going to a family reunion today. It was so good to go and do something different. A lot of the family did not come. But we had a lot of fun palying in a very shaded area. they even had a little zoo there. We enjoyed seeing the few things that they had. We saw a bobcat and some walabys, and some monkeys, all kinds of ducks and different birds, including a golden eagle and bald eagles. Then we went to a little stream and went wading in the stream with our little grand kids while the rest of the family went to the pool. Afterwards we went and got some ice cream and then we went to the lake to looke at how beautiful it was. After all our fun we journeyed home. It was a lot of fun. A great day.
